Nathaniel Palmer is an American author, entrepreneur and speaker.

Career

Palmer is the CEO of Infocap AI, an AI technology consultancy company, and held leadership roles at Delphi Group,[1] Perot Systems, SRA International and Serco Inc.[2][3][4] He was Editor in Chief of BPM.com,[5] as well as the executive director of the Workflow Management Coalition.[6]

Palmer was the Chief Architect for Serco for the Eligibility Support program under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or ACA (formerly known as Obamacare).[7]

Palmer authored 15 books and byline articles on AI and the business impact of emerging technologies, including Gigatrends (2024)[8] ISBN 978-1-63758-980-9.
