Bonnie Huie is an American writer and translator. She has written about topics in art and literature including Korean feminist Cho Nam-joo's Kim Ji-young, Born 1982 and Japanese avant-garde photographer Takuma Nakahira. She is best known for her translation of Notes of a Crocodile by Taiwanese queer countercultural icon Qiu Miaojin, which has been described as "nothing short of remarkable—loving, even."[1]
