National Case Management Network
Established in 2006, The National Case Management Network of Canada (NCMN) is a non-profit professional association representing case managers in a wide array of sectors across Canada. Based in London, Ontario, it supports the growth and development of Case management as a strategy essential to developing an effective health care system. It represents members from a wide array of sectors in the social services as well as individuals and organizations in the academic community. In 2010, NCMN received a major grant from Health Canada giving the organization the capacity to expand its services to members and act as the authoritative voice on Case Management in Canada.
