Eva (Ali Chappell) is a witch who was killed in the late 1800th century after being found by her priest husband Maynard Grandy (Joseph Lopez) committing sexual satanic acts with her breasts that have mouths on them. That is how she feeds.

A century later, Lisa (Augie Duke), a famous novelist moves into Grandy's cabin to work on her newest book about the legends of that region. She is warned by Zia (Lynn Lowry) One night while walking around barefoot, she steps on some glass and cuts the bottom of her foot. The blood seeps through the floorboards and drips on to the heart of Eva.

With the fresh blood, the heart begins to form and Eva is brought back to life to take a new bride. Lisa begins to suffer from terrifying nightmares as Eva takes over the young woman. Using her body as a host to commit more satanic acts.

Necropolis: Legion is a re-imaging of the 1986 film Necropolis. Both titles were produced by Charles Band and are kept under the Full Moon Features banner.

The film was the 2nd film that was a part of the Full Moon Features experiment; The Deadly Ten.[1][2]. Where Charles Band planned on making 10 films in one year and live streaming the entire process from start to finish on each film. Sadly, this experiment was shelved after 4 films but the remaining films are still slated to be made.

A comic book version of this film was also released along side of the films premier.

Reception[edit]

While Necropolis: Legion[3][4] is sitting at a 40% on IMDb it has it's dedicated audience. Stuart Monroe from HorrorDNA[5] states that "the performances range from solid (Augie Duke) to exemplary (Ali Chappell and Lynn Lowry), with no real duds in the group." Others praise Director Alexander foy creating a more visually appealing world for Euro horror lovers. "There is a tension I detected in this between Alexander’s love of arthouse and Euro-horror and the need to create a cohesive narrative for a Full Moon Feature schlock-horror." from Taliesin Meets The Vampire[6]
