Neelanjona Neela (Bengali: নীলাঞ্জনা নীলা; born 13 October 1996) is a Bangladeshi actress and model who became 2nd runners-up at Lux Channel I Superstar, a Bangladeshi beauty pageant, in 2014.[1]
Early life
Neela was born on 13 October 1996 in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
Career
Neela began her career in television after winning the 2nd runner-up position at Lux Channel I Superstar in 2014. She started her showbiz career as a model in several television commercials. After transitioning into advertising, she had her breakthrough role in a 7 Up television commercial, which was a huge success among critics. For this, she earned a best model nomination. Neela has been associated with various Bangladeshi and multinational brands. Neela has modeled for various brands like 7Up, Banglalink, Close-up, Italiano Melamine (RFL), Ring ID and many more. In January 2017, she won the Lux Emerging Star award for her outstanding performance in the Bangladesh television industry. [2] Recently, she completed filming her first feature film Gohin Baluchor Directed By Badrul Anam Saud, which will be released on 29 December.
