The game is about a neighborhood of kids that form their own countries and economies, a real historic game that took place in the late 1980s and early 1990s.[2] The designer has already created 2 video games about the topic, but they both mostly concentrated on other aspects such as dynamic economics, social interactions, and combat. The focus of Neighborhood Conflict Sequel is to capture the essence of actually being there as a child while still involving the economic and social dynamics.
