Net Health is a software company that sells electronic health record products.[1][2][3] These products include management tools, clinical workflow documentation, revenue cycle management software, analytics, and patient-reported outcomes.[4]

History[edit]

Net Health was founded in 1999 headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.[5][6] The company is owned by the investment firms Carlyle Group, Silversmith Capital Partners, and Level Equity.[6][3]

In 2014, over 67% of wound care clinics in the United States used Net Health software,[5] along with 14,000 medical facilities,[3] including 98% of the hospital systems across the country.[2][7]

Josh Pickus was appointed as CEO of Net Health in 2020.[8]

Acquisitions[edit]

In 2012, Net Health acquired Wound Care Strategies in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.[1]

In 2019, the company acquired Optima Healthcare Solutions from Palm City, Florida, a provider of electronic health records to post-acute care providers.[4][9]

In March 2020, Net Health acquired Tissue Analytics based in Baltimore, Maryland, a mobile wound and skin imaging software provider.[2][6]

In March 2021 Casamba LLC was also acquired which is a provider of electronic medical record solutions for physical, speech, and occupational therapy providers and home health and hospice agencies.[10]
