The Ngok Siang Initiative is a youth-led conservation organization working to protect rivers and wildlife in Northeast India, particularly in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. The organization advocates for the conservation of the Gangetic river dolphin and the ecosystems of the Siang and Brahmaputra rivers.

The name Ngok Siang means "My Siang" in the Tani language. The project was started by college students from the Siang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh and was recognized with the 9th Millennium Oceans Prize by the Millennium Campus Network (MCN), which supports undergraduate campaigns working towards Sustainable Development Goal 14.

The organization campaigns against increasing human interference in the Siang River, advocating for sustainable alternatives such as ecotourism, with the stated aim of turning conservation of the Siang and Brahmaputra rivers into a broader people's movement. It also conducts educational outreach programmes engaging schoolchildren in the preservation of the Siang River ecosystem, and has run public awareness campaigns for the protection of the endangered Gangetic dolphin.

In November 2024, the MLA of the Mebo constituency in Arunachal Pradesh extended support to river conservation efforts in response to the organization's campaign.

In 2025, the Ngok Siang Initiative collaborated on a youth-led street play campaign in Assam highlighting the conservation of river dolphin habitats in the Brahmaputra, an event attended by Hemanga Thakuria, MLA of the Palashbari constituency.
