Nick Brockmeyer is an American Major League Baseball Players Association certified sports agent and lawyer from St. Charles, Missouri. He owns Platinum Sports and Entertainment, one of the fastest growing baseball talent agencies in the United States.[1][2]
In 2006, the St. Charles Business Magazine named Nick to the "Top 40 Professionals under 40." Additionally, the St. Louis Business Journal named him to the "Top 30 professionals under 30" in 2008.[1]

Undergraduate[edit]
Nick graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in political science in 2001. During his undergraduate career, he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha.[1]
Law school[edit]
Brockmeyer earned a degree from St. Louis University School of Law. He was on the Law Review.[3] As a 3L (final year of law school), he started Platinum Sports and Entertainment.[4]
Professional activities[edit]
Brockmeyer is president of Platinum Sports & Entertainment Management, LLC. The agency was started in his final year of law school.[5][6] He and fellow Southeast graduate Bert Fulk are co-owners of the largest baseball talent agency in the state of Missouri. It is the largest baseball talent agency in the State of Missouri, and represents about 40 baseball players at all professional levels of the game.[5] He attributes his success to hard work, good communication with clients, visibility and contacts.[1]
He is a sometime commentator on sports and sports agent issues.[4] He is an adjunct professor of sports and entertainment law.[5][7] He teaches sports and entertainment management at Fontbonne University and sports law at Washington University.[5]
Family life[edit]
Brockmeyer has two sons, Cole and Lucas. He currently resides in St. Charles, Mo. His wife's name is Kate. [1]
