Nifty Fifty 2 is a 1973 American coming-of-age musical film directed by Gerald MacLachlan. It is the sequel to the 1971 film Nifty Fifty It starring Joneal Joplin and Viviana Howard. Julia and Edwin played in this film series by Two Gerald MacLachlan‘s daughters named Alexis and Lucy.
Set in St. Louis, Missouri, from 1951 to 1955. It premiered on December 16, 1973, in the United States. Two sequels, Nifty Fifty 3 (2002) and Sid and Jane (2022)
The animated opening sequence begins right before Schoolhouse Rock.
