Indian origin born Nikhil Arora is a business man. He is the vice president and managing director (India) at GoDaddy. The company announced Nikhil’s appointment as Managing Director, India in July 2017.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Prior to joining GoDaddy India, Nikhil launched and led the Asia and India operations for WeWork, the world’s largest co-working startup. He served as managing director, India and vice president, India for Intuit Technology Services Private Limited and Intuit Inc. from 2011 to 2017. He led Intuit's India business strategy, including completing the first India acquisition.[7][8][9]
In August 2020, Nikhil published ‘The Subtle Shifts of Radical Change’, an e-book guiding entrepreneurs and professionals on navigating changes in business, work and leadership in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.[10]
Nikhil has led GoDaddy employees in several marathons, running in support of causes like ending discrimination against underprivileged children. He is also passionate about giving back to the running community. He uses running as a platform for various CSR activities and and has run marathons as a pacer to help other runners achieve their personal bests.[11]

Apart from work, Nikhil’s abiding passions are fitness and running. In a decade of running, Nikhil has completed over 30 Full and Half Marathons in India, Asia Pacific, Middle-East, Europe and North America. He has also completed the world’s largest running relay race in Portland, USA, – Hood to Coast.[12][13]
