Nimisha Singh is the first Indian designer invited to the Red Carpet of the Cannes Film Festival in 2024.[1] Despite facing problems, she never gave up. She did shows in New York, Europe, Dubai and London, also Nimisha Singh is significantly known for her bridal lehengas and Gowns.
Biography
From Jharkhand, Nimisha Singh is a professional Fashion designer, Bollywood stylist and Entrepreneur. Her elegance and dedication to the craft of fashion design blend her passion and destiny. From a young age, she exhibited her keen eye for detail, and an ability to transform fabric into beautiful, elegant pieces of art.
Early Life
Nimisha Singh came from a middle-class family, always dreamed of becoming a fashion designer. She scored AIR 7th Rank in the entrance exam of NIFT. Later she went to Delhi NIFT Delhi and completed her studies, in 3rd year of her college she launched her brand named Label Nimisha. After graduation, she also grew the seeds for her eventual business endeavour. Despite various obstacles coming in her life, she didn’t give up, managed her store as well as college at the same time. She did shows in New York, Europe, Dubai, and London. She was the first Indian designer to be called to the red carpet of Cannes Film festival 77, 2024.
Career
In 2017 Nimisha Singh started her entrepreneurial journey by establishing the fashion brand “Label Nimisha”. Which quickly gained recognition for its innovative design and meticulous craftsmanship.
Nimisha’s design philosophy is deeply rooted in a fusion of tradition and aesthetic designs. She gets inspiration from rich cultural heritage which she blends with modern attires.
Education
Nimisha Singh scored AIR 7th rank in the NIFT entrance exam. She completed her B.Ed. in fashion technology. She next continued her studies doing a Master in fashion technology and a PhD in fashion designing.
Family
Nimisha Singh’s family includes her mother Renu Singh and her father Ashok Singh. She has a sibling named Prashant Singh who stays with his wife Rubeena Singh.

She is 5 feet tall, with a thin slim body figure. She has black beautiful eyes with long black hair. Her weight is about approximately 49kg.

Nimisha started her Fashion journey in the early age of 21. She started her studio from earning through blogging and their company turnover was 550cr.
