Nirahua Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2009 and ever since,[1] the company has been on a steady growth curve in the sphere of motion picture production and distribution.

Nirahua Entertainment has expanded to the event management industry with the successful shows in India and abroad. The Director of this company are Mr. Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua and Mr. Pravesh Lal Yadav.[2]

Since its inception the movies produced or presented by Nirahua Entertainment have won many popular and critical awards. Nirahua Hindustani, a comedy/action/drama blockbuster,[3] produced by Pravesh Lal Yadav and Rahul Khan, starring Dinesh Lal YadavAandmrapali Dubey, won seven awards in the International Bhojpuri Film Award in 2015.[4] Dinesh Lal Yadav has also won the award for best actor of the year.
