Nirmal Industrial Control Pvt. Ltd (NICPL) was established in 1973 by Mr. D.V. Desai. Nirmal manufactures Self Actuated Pressure Control Valves and Allied Process Control systems. Nirmal manufactures control valves for oil and gas, Petrochemical, Refineries, Pharmaceutical, Steel and Power, Food and Dairy, Plastic and Nuclear Power Industries.

The production line of Nirmal Industries was moved to Asangaon in 1996.
In 2000 Nirmal Industries was the first Indian company to be registered on the approved vendor list of Engineers India.
In 2017 Nirmal received Best Supplier of the year Award from BHEL for 2016- 2017
