No Name (originally titled Lil Pump 1.5) is a collaborative mixtape by American rapper Lil Pump and American producer Ronny J. It was released through Tha Lights Global and ONErpm on December 9, 2021.[1] The project only features a guest verse from Tory Lanez and the entire project is produced by Ronny, with additional production from Darkboy Santana, Royce Millenium, and TwoFive. Album was never promoted or mentioned on social media, leading it to become a commercial failure.[2]

It was supported by only 1 single – "Racks to the Ceiling".[3]

Background[edit]

In 2021, Lil Pump revealed that he was dropping an EP (which would later turned into a mixtape) before his long-awaited studio album Lil Pump 2 in a now-deleted Instagram story. On July 23, he revealed the mixtape’s name. The songs from the mixtape started leaking on November 23, and the last remaining songs from the mixtape leaked on December 6. Ultimately, on December 10, the mixtape randomly dropped with zero promotion.

Steve Juon from RapReviews stated: "There’s nothing else to say. No Name has some decent bass beats, so maybe if it was instrumental only I could stand it for a while longer, but even then the repetitiveness and complete lack of melody would still ultimately kill it for me." Quincy from RatingsGameMusic stated: "Sooooo, this isn’t the best album that I’ve ever heard. I will say that it sounds consistent. No Name mainly features hooks that straddle the line between catchy and annoying, lyrics that are refreshingly reckless/basic, and beats that knock ferociously. Honestly, I don’t think this project is half bad."[6] DCCXX from AOTY stated: "No Name, previously Lil Pump 1.5, is a poor attempt at trying to rekindle a flame, but with barely any features, and no industry hype to carry it forward, this project falls embarassingly flat, lacking any of the humour or charisma of his debut album, or even the more realised moments from Harverd Dropout."
