Noah Cohen is an American actor, director, writer and producer.[1] He is best known for the roles in the films [which?]. Apart from that, he also worked as the cinematographer, editor, set dresser, set decorator and gaffer.[2][not in citation given][non-primary source needed]
Personal life
He completed his BFA in Theatre and Film Production from the University of British Columbia.[1] After graduation, he moved to South Africa in 2016.[3]
Career
In 2013, he made his film debut with Colorless Green. After that, he appeared in numerous short films such as; The Mayor's Cabinet (2013), Dirt (2014), Big Brother (2015), and Nephew (2015). In 2013, he wrote, directed and produced the short film Lion, which received critical acclaim. Then in 2014, he co-directed the short Flying Lotus Yoga. In the next year, he again wrote, directed and produced the short Their Son Ryan.
After returning to South Africa, he met William Kentridge and became the director of cinematography and editing of the "Centre for the Less Good Idea".[4] In 2018, he made his acting debut with season two of Mzansi Magic television serial Ring of Lies, which aired on June 13, 2018. In 2021, he acted in the e.tv telenovela House of Zwide by playing the role of "De Villiers".[3][5] In July 2021, the serial replaced long-running soapie Rhythm City on 19 July, 2021.[1]
