Noesis Capital Advisors (NOESIS) is a hospitality consulting and hotel investment advisory firm in India,[1][2][3] founded by Nandivardhan Jain[4] in 2010. Noesis provides various services to the hotel industry like Business development, strategic consulting, feasibility and valuation reports and hotel asset acquisition. [5][6][7]

Noesis Capital Advisors was founded in 2010 by Nandivardhan Jain.
Noesis Capital Advisors acted as the sole advisor to many Hotel Industry transactions which includes Unique Mercantile India, Wyndham Hotel Group partner in India acquired a majority stake in hotel owned by Platinum World Hospitality in West Bengal[8] and Masa Hotels Pvt. Ltd to buy a 300-room hotel project located next to Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport from Aristo Realty Developers Ltd.[9] in 2017. In 2018, Lemon Tree Hotels entering Hyderabad's Banjara Hills hospitality market with an 85-room business hotel in 2018.[10] In 2020, GINGER Hotels for three transactions in Maharashtra, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh in 2022.[11] and Satyadeo Hospitality's Acquisition of Golden Tulip's 73 operational rooms.[12] and In 2021, Suba Group acquiring leisure budget hospitality chain, 1589 Hotels.[13]
During the lockdown, Noesis Capital Advisors facilitated assignments for hospitality chains like Fern, Club Mahindra and VITS.[14][15]
Research and reports on Hospitality[edit]
In 2021, Noesis released the Indian Tourism and Hospitality performance report 2021 which highlights the relaxation of certain travel restrictions and an intensive vaccination drive, together with the execution of the right measures and strict COVID SOPs has boosted the confidence of the traveller's community.[16][17]
In 2022, Noesis released a report India Hospitality Overview 2022 that showcases the state of the hotel and tourism industry in India.[18][19][20]
