Noibu was founded in 2017 by Robert Boukine, Dan Cardamore, Kailin Noivo, and Fil Slatinic. The company initially focused on providing virtual 3D store tours for luxury retail but pivoted in 2019 to e-commerce-focused monitoring tools.[2][1]

Partnerships
Noibu partnered with BigCommerce in 2024 to offer its software through the BigCommerce App Marketplace.[6]
In the same year, Noibu became the first error monitoring platform to be certified by the MACH Alliance.[7]
Noibu has also announced partnerships with agencies including Kensium Solutions and Arctic Leaf, both of which integrate Noibu's platform into e-commerce development services.[8][9]
