Yang Berbahagia Dato' Seri Noraini Jane binti Tan Sri Kamarul Ariffin' (born 25 July 1959) is the wife of the late Raja Ashman Shah, the second son of late Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak and Raja Permaisuri Tuanku Bainun. She was titled as "Che' Puan Kecil Sulong Perak" between 2010 and 2012 following the appointment of her husband as the Raja Kecil Sulong of Perak.
Early life and education[edit]
Noraini Jane was born on 25 July 1959 to Tan Sri Kamarul Ariffin Mohamed Yassin and his Australia-born wife of English descent. She inherited her "pan-asian" look from her mother. She was educated at Bukit Damansara National School and Garden International School, Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
Marriage and children[edit]
Dato' Seri Noraini Jane married Raja Ashman Shah on 26 September 1991. Her husband died on 30 March 2012 at their home at Jalan Setia Kasih 5, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur due to an asthma attack.[1] The royal couple has three children:

- Yang Teramat Mulia Raja Ahmad Nazim Azlan Shah (now titled Raja Kecil Sulong Perak)
- Yang Mulia Raja Bainunisa Safia
Career[edit]
Noraini Jane acted in the movie Jasmin[2] in 1984 and 1986 and was nominated for the Best Actress Award in 1986. This movie was directed by her father Tan Sri Kamarul Arrifin as director and screenplay.
She is also the owner of Jasmin Kindergarten in Kuala Lumpur and has also authored the book "Patterns: Patterns and Proverbs of Nature".
