They’re 22 years old, they do not know accounting and unfortunately their manager has hardly been able to do things well… This change is not because they want to take their job off, it’s because they still feel unable to manage something like this on their own, perhaps with the passage of time, yes, but they prefer to take something online for a while and learn.
