North Surveying Designs and manufactures professional multi-frequency GNSS RTK receivers, aimed mainly towards Robotics and Land Surveying applications. Its core business is the supply of System-On-Module GNSS receiver boards that can be integrated in minutes to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or even DYI integrators without any R&D required, completing this support with a line of fully integrated Rugged Devices for field use. North's technologies, are deployed on leading fields including Autonomous Car, Agriculture, Maintenance[1] and Construction robotics, and Land and Environmental surveying on Airborne[2], Maritime and Terrestrial drones, machine control, Racing Cars[3], etc.

North Europe SL was incorporated in Barcelona, Spain, in November 2010[4] as merging of Espinosa Group[5], a Land Surveying equipment distributor, and North Group LTD, a technology developing company, to focus on the R&D of High-End GNSS Receivers and its applications, participating on the Business Incubator program of the European Space Agency to boost the Innovation of Satellite Navigation Solutions in collaboration with the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya on the European Community H2020[6] Programme framework.
Technologies[edit]
North Surveying has developed unique technologies including the Auto-Caster[7] simplified P2P communication system for GNSS Receivers, System-On-Module RTK multi-tasking platform, besides the specialized Multipath Dynamic Filtering, currently being used by Companies and Research centers as the Fraunhofer Institute[8], European Space Agency, Ligier Motors[9], Xylem Inc.[10], and more.

North's headquarters are located in Barcelona, Spain, serving the European, African and South-Asian markets, with an office in Merida, Mexico for Latin and North America's Operations.
