Norwex is a multi-level marketing corporation that sells microfiber cloths, towels, and other cleaning products (including laundry detergent, essential oils and handsoap). Their microfiber cloths contain silver nanoparticles which the company claims increase their ability to remove bacteria from surfaces, though a preliminary study showed that Norwex products do not outperform regular microfiber cloths.[1], despite being much more expensive [2]. The company has been the subject of numerous complaints to the [Better Business Bureau] about aggressive sales tactics, MLM structure of the company, and difficulties getting refunds on starter kits and products[3][4]
