O.B. Macaroni is a privately owned pasta company with a plant on Fort Worth Texas. The company was founded by Louis Bicocchi and Giovanni Laneri in 1899, originally named the Fort Worth Macaroni Company.[1][2] O.B. has been the only pasta manufacture located in the southwest United States.
O.B. Macaroni provides branded products such as Q&Q, Our Best and others. The company was acquired by JGR Enterprises in 2009.[3]
