Founded in 2018 by Cedric Le Quellec and Edgar Camago, the company is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with operations in Singapore.[1] OOOLAB's primary product is LearningOS, an all-in-one hybrid learning platform designed for corporate training and educational enterprises.[2]

OOOLAB was initially established as One On One English in 2018, focusing on delivering English classes to Vietnamese children. After identifying limitations in existing LMS solutions, the company pivoted to develop its own platform, LearningOS, to better serve the needs of educational enterprises.[1] By 2021, OOOLAB had delivered over 100,000 English classes using custom-built curriculums and professional tutors.[1] In 2023, OOOLAB participated in Google's Southeast Asia Startups Accelerator Program.[3] The company has also been recognized by the Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL) and is a member of the XA Network.[4]

LearningOS[edit]

LearningOS is OOOLAB's flagship product, an enterprise LMS platform that combines content management, learning management, and content authoring tools.[2] Key features include: Hybrid and blended learning capabilities Interactive content creation tools, including H5P integration Scheduling and booking functionalities Analytics and reporting features The platform is designed to cater to both remote and in-person learning models, emphasizing flexibility and user experience.[2]

Sales Training Program[edit]

OOOLAB offers a seven-module sales training curriculum through LearningOS, focusing on developing customer-centric advisors. The program covers various aspects of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, SPIN selling techniques, and proposal writing.[5]

Partnerships and Clients[edit]

In 2024, OOOLAB announced a significant partnership with FPT Software, a global IT services provider. This collaboration aims to enhance FPT Software's sales force capabilities across eight countries, including Germany, Singapore, Canada, and Japan.[6] OOOLAB has also partnered with LOGIBROTHERS, an edTech company, to expand into new markets in Vietnam, Kenya, and the US.[7] OOOLAB's platform has been adopted by various enterprises, serving over 120,000 paying users across 21 countries and facilitating more than 700,000 interactive learning sessions.[4][2]
