Obinna Iyiegbu,(born 12 April 1975) also known as Obi Cubana,,[1] is a Nigerian, entrepreneur[2][3], and philanthropist. who chairs the Obi Cubana group of companies
Early life and family[edit]
Obinna Iyiegbu is from Oba, Idemili South, Anambra state, Nigeria. He was born on April 12, 1975.and his mother is Ezinne Iyiegbu.[4]
He later attend University of Nigeria Nsukka where he earned Bachelor of Arts for Political Science for 1998.He did National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) program in Abuja, Nigeriain 1999.
Obi Cubana married his wife, Ebele Iyiegbu[5] in 2008 and they are blessed with four children.
Career[edit]
Obinna Iyiegbu could not secure a job after he completed the National Youth Service Corps[6], he was self employed as an estate agent,[7] he later started ibiza Hotel Abuja[8]
Controversy[edit]
A lot of reactions[9][10][11][12][13] trialed the funeral of Lady Uche Iyiegbu, mother of Obinna Iyiegbu[14][15] known as Obi Cubana in Anambra state, South east Nigeria which generated a lot of buzz in the internet[16], some people are complaining about its lavishness[17][18] Obi Cubana source of Income has also raised a lot of eye brows[19][20][21][22][21]
