The company was formed as a partnership between SBK Holding, owned by Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan and Dubai-based real estate consultancy Ocean View founded by Tim Boswell.[1][2][3][4]
In 2010 the company won Best Real Estate Agency Abu Dhabi and Best International Real Estate Agency at the Arabian Property Awards.[5][6][7]
The company ceased operations in 2013.
