Oceans Healthcare, also known as Oceans Healthcare LLC[1], is an American healthcare provider with locations across the United States. The system provides behavioral health treatment options for children, adults and seniors. Oceans Healthcare serves patients of all backgrounds and ages. Oceans' current headquarters is located in Plano, Texas.[2][3]

Founded in 2004, Oceans Healthcare currently has almost 2,000 employees.[4]

Oceans Healthcare was founded in 2004 in Louisiana.[5][6] It quickly expanded to other locations throughout the United States, including Louisiana[7] and Mississippi.[8]

Oceans Healthcare provides include both inpatient and outpatient treatment, as well as community outreach programs.[9] Throughout its expansion, Oceans has placed a particular emphasis on reaching underserved communities in the US.[10]

In 2021, Oceans formed a joint venture (JV) with Norman Regional Health System to open a new behavioral health hospital in Oklahoma 2023. [11]
