OnTheClock is a web-based employee time clock app.[1]
History[edit]
OnTheClock software was introduced in 2003 by Dean Mathews and licensed in 2004 by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.[2] In August 2015 OnTheClock released the native iOS and Android Apps for mobile devices.[3]
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, OnTheClock offered free time tracking services to businesses affected by Coronavirus.[4] In 2021, OnTheClock, participated in the 4th Annual Kids Kicking Cancer Golf Outing to help bring awareness and raise money for the charity.[5]
Software Integration[edit]
OnTheClock integrates with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online.[6] It provides a generic and proprietary timecard export which payroll processors can import into various payroll software.[7] The software offers fingerprint identification[8] and is available on Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems.[9]
