OnceHub is a Delaware-incorporated software-as-a-service company that develops and licenses appointment scheduling and digital engagement solutions worldwide. It was started in 2006 by brothers Gilad and Rami Goraly, who are its chief product officer and chief executive officer respectively.[1] Remote-only since its founding, OnceHub today has approximately 200 employees in India, Ireland, Israel, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Colombia.[1]
OnceHub was known as ScheduleOnce prior to March 2019, when, for a couple of years, it reorganized its offerings under an expanded set of brand names.[2]

OnceHub describes its eponymous flagship product as a cloud-based "engagement acceleration platform". The platform comprises a scheduling automation suite designed to help businesses and other organizations schedule and manage external meetings with their clients and prospects more efficiently while engaging them in conversational marketing.[3][4]
Users can share their availability through an emailed or similarly provided link to a OnceHub-hosted booking page or by embedding this functionality into their own websites. Recipients, in turn, select the time, service, and even their preferred member or members of staff, without a protracted to-and-fro. Automatic calendar invitations are delivered with links to popular web conferencing tools, followed by reminders and post-meeting follow-ups.[3]
Interactive forms and chatbots are available to replace traditional, static webforms, with the aim of streamlining information collection, lead qualification, and routing.[4] There are also options for switching to instant live engagements via video or chat if the opportunity is right.[5]
There is a freemium version for individuals and significantly more powerful premium versions for individuals, teams, and enterprises. Most of OnceHub's advanced features are also made available for evaluation during a 14-day free trial.[6]
