Wilbur R. Davis co-founded Ontario Systems, LLC, a software company, serving as its CEO until 2008 and as its Chairman until the 2017 sale of the company.[3] Jason Harrington, President of Ontario Systems, succeeds the Co-Founder and CEO Ron Fauquher.[4][5][6][7][8][9]

Ontario Systems RevQ+ software manages the collection of fees for court-ordered debt payment, income taxes and property tax.[10]
Recently acquired Pairity, a New York technology company that uses artificial intelligence to improve accounts receivable management.

Ontario Systems previously acquired SwervePay to boost its efforts to evolve into a Software as a service platform. SwervePay offers text payments and automated balance messages on top of its main services for electronic bill payment. SwervePay is an Illinois-based electronic payment processor in the accounts receivable management and healthcare industries.[11][12]
Jaeme Adams, current Ontario Systems vice president of payments, also worked with SwervePay in the past as CEO and vice president. The global COVID-19 pandemic forced employees to work from home, and companies to combine services, remove unnecessary steps, consolidate workflows, consumer communications and revenue-capturing tools; also to automate payments, streamline processes that were slowed down by too many steps in the paper age by switching to more digital processes.[13]

Over 600 hospital networks use their software to streamline the billing process. Their technology is also used by many government agencies. Pairity's advanced AI technology extracts patterns and allows collectors to adapt their contact strategies to retrieve payments and improve debt collection results. [14]
