From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The Outlook Training Organisation is a registered charity based in London, England. It runs experiential training courses designed to enable participants to improve their lives. The courses currently run in England, Israel, Turkey and Wales.

Outlook (Originally the 'i am'(Individual achievement and mastery.) is the first of three courses they deliver. Outlook has been delivering personal development courses since 1989, since it was taken by Tony Wiseman, a former assistant trainer working under Pat Grove, the originator the trainer. Participants on Essence (Originally called Joyspring'"must first complete Outlook, and on The Summit ('The Mile') participants must have completed both Outlook and Essence.

Participants can elect to participate in each course on its own, or they can have a package consisting of a course and 6 hours of personal coaching.

A feature of the courses is the large number of volunteers who support the courses. Over 8,000 people have participated in Outlook Trainings. (800,000 in the I AM trio and all its daughter trainings))
