Over the Moon is an upcoming 2020 animated adventure musical film directed by Glen Keane.

Plot[edit]

A girl builds and flies a rocket ship this meet the moon goddess, Chang'e.

Production[edit]

In September 2017, Pearl Studio hired Audrey Wells to write the script Over the Moon, a retelling of the classic Chinese myth.^[1] In February 2018, Netflix acquired distribution of the movie and Glen Keane was set to direct.^[2]

Music[edit]

In February 2018, Christopher Paul Curtis, Marjorie Duffield, and Helen Park were announced as the songwriters.^[2]

Release[edit]

In February 2018, Netflix announced the film will be released in 2020.^[2]
