Owen Tooth is a British film and television director. He is notable for making history as the first disabled person to direct EastEnders, with his episodes airing shortly after the series' 40th anniversary in May 2025.[1].
In June 2025 he joined Broadcast Magazine's 'Hot Shots' list of the industry's rising stars[2]
He has directed the Netflix Documentary Talent Fund short film, Band (2025)[3], 2nd unit for Big Boys (2024) and Horrible Histories (2024), and directed the feature film Devil's Tower (2014).
