Ministry
Rev Oyiks or Rev, as she is fondly called, had little or no exposure to the person and gospel of Jesus Christ until she encountered God at a tender age of 17 as an undergraduate student, under the tutelage of Dr David Ogbueli, at New Covenant Family Fellowship. She developed a hunger for God which led to her spending night after night at the lawn tennis court of her university campus, seeking to know God for herself, through prayer. Those days laid a foundation for her fiery commitment to God due to the deep encounters she had and thus, began her journey of destiny which has spanned for over three decades and has been touching the lives of many, globally.
Her involvement in church planting, started at age 19, and she has pioneered many campus fellowships and churches all over Nigeria in cities like Lagos, Abuja, Jos, Calabar, Enugu, Awka, Ibadan, just to mention a few, and also in countries like Ghana, Gambia, India, United Kingdom, France and the United States; leading people in their thousands to Christ.
As a revivalist, she has a strong passion to restore men back to a fiery relationship with God through spiritual revival meetings; getting them to experience divine healings by the power of the Holy Spirit while encountering his tangible presence.
As a mentor and disciple-maker, she has not only duplicated herself in people, but has raised several ministers who have gone on to extend the kingdom of God in their families, schools, communities, cities and even the marketplace.
Inspired greatly by the ministry of Kathryn Kuhlman, she developed a close walk with the Holy Spirit, which has led to not just a trail of transformed lives where ever she goes and on any platform, but has given her the capacity to wear many hats successfully and effortlessly.
