pTools is a developer of enterprise-level content management and asset management applications for intranet, extranet, and Internet sites.[2] The company has offices in Dublin, London, and Toronto.[3]

pTools was founded in September 1997, releasing and deploying their first version of pTools in June 1998.

In 2012, pTools delivered pTools System6 software; the N-tier, secure, XML, WAI, ECM, .Net cloud application.[4][not in citation given]
