Palar, Karnataka

Palar is a village in Chamarajanagara district of Karnataka, India.[1] This village borders Tamil Nadu. This village lies on the road connecting Male Mahadeshwara Betta (MM Hills) to Mettur. A road branches off from Palar to Gopinatham and further to Hogenakkal. The Palar blast took place near this village.
