History[edit]
PALO IT first started out in Paris as Synchrone Solutions in 2009.[1]. In 2012, the company became PALO IT and had 50 employees. In the same year, Singapore became the first international entry for PALO IT.
PALO IT continued its international expansion with the opening of a new office in Hong Kong in 2015, Mexico City in 2016, Sydney in 2017 and Bangkok in 2018.
Today, PALO IT has offices in Paris, Nancy, Nantes, Toulouse, Mexico City, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney and has 350 employees.
Since it’s setup, PALO IT has had an annual organic growth of 30%[2]. As of 2016, PALO IT has a turnover of more than 20 million euros[3]

Product and services[edit]
PALO IT takes on an integrated approach to innovation. To create superior digital experiences and deliver high-quality products fast, PALO IT start from users’ perspectives, igniting a startup mindset. Once a prototype is produced, experiments will be run relentlessly while leveraging on the best engineering practices to make improvements. By providing an Agile development approach to clients, PALO IT reduces the product’s time to market.
PALO IT serves a wide range of clients, ranging from multinational companies, investment funds, innovative SMEs, to startups. The clientele base comprised of banks, telecommunication companies, newspapers, entertainment, retail, television channels[4], and many more.
Corporate social responsibility[edit]
PALO IT aims to serve a greater good by partnering with Passerelles numériques (PN), a French non-governmental organization. With every event PALO IT holds, they donate cash to the NGO. Additionally, PALO IT also send its own in-house Agile coaches and practitioners to countries like Cambodia, Philippines, and Vietnam to assist Passerelles Numériques in educating the less fortunate.
Commitments[edit]
PALO IT held its employees welfare in high regard. In 2016, PALO IT spent close to 100,000 euro[5] to improve employees’ performance and reduce stress levels through gamification[6][7]. Besides having a flat hierarchy system, PALO IT also adopted an Agile way of decision making instead of the traditional Waterfall.
