Papu Kalita
Papu Kalita পাপু কলিতা (Born 15 January, 1988) is an Indian television host who has appeared in Assamese television show and live shows since 2008. He is also an actor in some amateur theatre.[1] group of Assam. He is also known as lyricist and poet.

Early Life[edit]
Papu Kalita was born to Sri Narayan Kalita and Ranju Kalita, in Town Teliagaon village, Nagaon, [2]. He did his primary schooling in Sibastha Prathamik Vidyalaya, Amolapatty. He completed his schooling at [3]and graduating from [4]
His first stage performance was Poem Recitation when he was in Primary School.

He is hosting the popular television show Excuse Me since 2016.
Excuse Me[edit]
"EXCUSE ME" breaks the monotony of daily life by asking some forgotten ‘paradox’ of our olden days. It makes people laugh and presented instant rewards for the winners. Through quizzing style, it occupies peoples’ heart as it makes people cry & laugh. It becomes a blue eyed show for every Assamese and north-eastern people. It breaks the bounds and telecast our excuse me from international and national precincts such a Dubai, Bangalore, Delhi, Nagaland etc. The Excuse Me imparts cultural hybridity and fragrance of soil to each and every household of north eastern states.
