Paradise Holdings is Faisalabad based real estate development company which owns and develop multi-purpose public, commercial and industrial projects. It is one of largest real estate company in Pakistan.
Established in 2003, Paradise Holdings developed their first ever successful residential project and named it Paradise Valley Phase I. As of today, the well-established residence, with parks, masjids and a commercial area, is home to almost 1000 families.
Their second project: Paradise Valley phase II is located very close to phase I, and offers a number of unique facilities: a mini golf course, grounds with paved pathways and fountains and an efficient and multi-layered security infrastructure. Both housing schemes gained popularity because they are situated away from the city and thus allow their residents to escape the hustle and bustle and noise pollution of the industrial city. In close vicinity is the famous Gattwala park, which is well known for its serene environment and is a favorite hotspot for picnics.
Most recently, Paradise Holdings has come up with a number of new and exciting projects namely: Paradise Tower, Paradise Atrium and Paradise Point.
Paradise Tower is both a residential and a commercial building, the first of its kind in Faisalabad. Described on their website as a ‘multi story extravaganza’, the tower is under construction in the city’s busiest district, D-ground. The tower is set to have 11 floors of which 6 are designated for fully furnished residential apartments. 2 basements have been constructed for parking.
The second mega project is the grand Paradise Atrium which is under construction on the Habib Jalib road in Faisalabad. The three-story plaza will have multiple brand showrooms all arranged around a green central courtyard. The Paradise Atrium will be Faisalabad’s first open air shopping mall and has thus raised hopes and evoked excitement among people.
