Parsec Arcade OS is an open-source Linux Mint distribution based around the Parsec application. The system is similar to a Chromecast in that it converts a computer into an IoT device. This allows you to control an endpoint that interacts with the Parsec application through your phone. You are able to start and stop sessions as if you were casting the Parsec session to your Parsec Arcade OS device.
