Dr Parween Musa Memon ,(Sindhi: ڊاڪٽر (پروين موسيٰ ميمڻ) born in a small, remotely located region of Thar, Talka Deplo, Sindh in 1958. Since childhood, she had a great passion for reading and writing, and the literary atmosphere in her home further motivated her towards education. She received her early education from Deplo and A & O level studies from Hyderabad, and then an MA in English as well as an MA in (Sindhi literature – Gold Medalist) in 1988. She qualified the Sindh Public Service Commission exam in 1991 and was appointed a Lecturer, and in 2012 she received a doctorate degree in Sindhi literature. Her thesis was titled "Writers’ shared contribution to the development of Sindhi prose" (سنڌي نثر جي ترقيءَ ۾ ليکڪائن جو حصو). Currently, she is an assistant professor at Nazrth Goverment Girls' College. Her literary life started in 1980 when she wrote a story titled *Chri* (چري), which was published in the monthly magazine *Makhzan* published in Mirpur khas. Then, she translated the stories of Khail Jibran and wrote some articles which were published in different newspapers. Her first book, *Sindhi Adab jo Jaezo Aae Latifiyat* (سنڌي ادب جو جائزو ۽ لطيفيات), was published in 2004 by Roshni Publication, Kandiyaro, and (*سنڌي نثر جي ڪن صنفن اڀياس*), (*وکر سو وھاءٍ*) were published by HEC Higher education commission Islamabad[1]
