Pasbaan-e-adab is a nonprofit and non-governmental organization established by Quaiser Khalid to promote Urdu and regional languages like Hindi and Marathi. It organises various literal and cultural events such as Mushaira, Kavi Sammelan and Dastangoi.[1]

Pasban-e-Adab started as Anjuman Faroghe Adab in 2012.

Events[edit]

Pasbaan-e-adab has organized more than fifty events promoting Indian languages, literature and arts. The events include Mushaira, Kavi Sammelan, Dastangoi (traditional story narration sessions). It also organises "Meeras", a musical night where Urdu poetry is sung using modern instruments.[2] [3]

Pasbaan-E-adab organises "Anubhuti" which aims to the reinstall the qualities and importance of literary and cultural works of contemporary Hindi poets. The founder of the organisation, Quaiser Khalid states, "Our mission is to spread peace and harmony through literature."[4] These events are attended by Ashok Chakradhar.[5]
