According to an interview given to the Swiss private television station STRICKER TV in autumn 2022 he has started the production of a new Swiss docu-drama titled "The Najadi Assassination" (working title). The movie reportedly and as rumoured in the Swiss film society will be about the assassination of his late father Hussain Najadi and the international 1MDB Scandal. It supposedly will also shed light on the roles the Swiss banks played being caught by the Swiss regulator finma, the Singaporean MAS, the US Dept. of Justice and other international law enforcement agencies . Those banks include, amongst many others, UBS, Credit Suisse, BSI, Coutts & Co, Falcon Bank, AmBank as well as the American Investment Bank giant Goldman Sachs. Swiss Filmmaker and Film Director, Michael Steiner is a Co-Producer alongside fellow Swiss Co-Producers Andrea Neuhaus and Karl Bucher. Screenwriter is said to be Australian Silvana McCausland and Pascal Najadi to be the Producer.
The assassination of Hussain Najadi still remains a mystery as it was clouded by the multi billion USD Malaysian 1MDB scandal that has brought former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak into prison in 2022. The Royal Malaysian Police to this day has not established the motive of the killing, yet establishing the motive is central to any murder Investigation. The US Department of Justice labelled the 1MDB scandal the largest kleptocracy heist in history. More than 4.7 billion USD have been laundered through 1MDB and its web of companies with the help of international banks and eventually AmBank, Kuala Lumpur, the bank founded by Hussain Najadi in 1975. British investigative journalist, creator and Editor of the renowned investigative blog Sarawak Report Clare Rewcastle Brown brought the 1MDB scandal first in to the international media arena back in 2013. She has ben ever since the reliable number one source of published information on 1MDB and Malaysian affairs. Clare Rewcastle Brown is the sister in law of former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Pascal Najadi has published several articles and news elements with her news site since summer of 2015 to increase pressure on Malaysia to poperly investigate the Hussain Najadi Assassination.
Hollywood stars such as Leonardo di Caprio, film director Martin Scorsese and many others got also entangled in the web of the 1MDB scandal and had to repay all their salaries received for the 2013 released movie "The Wolf of Wallstreet" since the funding for this film came from illicit sources linked to the fraudulent 1MDB scandal. In 2016, the FBI issued subpoenas to several past and present employees of the company Red Granite in regard to allegations that US$155 million was diverted from 1MDB to help finance the 2013 film. Pascal Najadi is known to be ardently committed to uncover the truth behind the assassination of his late father and has commissioned former senior operatives of foreign security services to assist him. He and his family are reportedly living since 2016 under protection by the Swiss Police.
On December 6th 2022 Swiss Daily Newspaper Nebelspalter reported that Pascal Najadi has filed Criminal Charges on December 2nd 2022 against Swiss President Alain Berset for Abuse of Office and Gross Negligence regarding the COVID Vaccine and the COVID Passport.
