Passivdom is an American-based tech manufacturing company located in Reno, NV that uses 3D-printing technology to produce autonomous smart mobile homes.[1] The company was founded in March 2016 by Maxim and Julia Gerbut.

Passivdom was launched in March 2016 by Maxim and Julia Gerbut. The company began doing business in the United States in spring 2018, where it, by August 2018, had already received over 11,000 reservation requests.[2] The company started delivering the houses in October 2018.[3]
Products overview[edit]
dom.ai by Passivdom has the highest thermal performance of any manufactured residential building in the world.[4][5]
Due to the houses are fully off-grid and mobile it takes less than 8 hours to 3D print such a house frame unit.[6]
A basic model ModulOne has living space of approximately 400 square feet.[7] It includes solar panels, a clean water system that takes moisture from the air and an air quality control system with carbon dioxide control.[8]
