Pat McHenry (born May 1, 1985) is a professional singer/songwriter and performer whose original music has been featured on TBS, MTV.com, independent film, and national radio. He has opened for Jeremy Enigk, Secondhand Serenade, Glen Campbell, The Beach Boys, and Eli Young Band along with headlining at numerous events in the Northwest. He performed on guitar with the The Wailers Band in 2012.

Pat McHenry is a Country artist from Seattle, Washington. He attended Washington State University in 2003 where he studied to become a Registered Nurse.

Early life and influences[edit]

McHenry was born to David and Cheryl McHenry. McHenry was born in Frankfurt and grew up in San Antonio, TX and Spokane, WA.

Career[edit]

McHenry is best known for his original song "Go On Go On".[1] written for the band Mon Chéri and was featured on S4E4 of TBS's Cougar Town [2]. His original song "Psyche" [3] was featured in the 2011 short film Connect To [4]. He wrote the song "Precious Thing" [5] which was featured in a 2013 Global Credit Union's commercial [6]

Outreach Work[edit]

In 2012 McHenry began work with the international charity Mercy Ships in Guinea, Africa [7]. While there he participated in providing humanitarian aid, community development projects, community health education, and palliative care for terminally ill patients to the impoverished community of Conakry.
