Patriot Newspaper https://thepatriot.in/ was founded by Aruna Asaf Ali [1], a well-known freedom fighter and First Mayor of Delhi [2] as a daily newspaper, in 1958 after the independence of India in 1947. The Patriot, a weekly newspaper, had Edatata Narayanan as the Chief Editor.

Decades later it was relaunched in 2016 as a weekly newspaper. Now it has expanded itself digitally to report daily on India's capital city New Delhi Delhi and the national capital region.

It brings short crisp reports on the ongoings of Delhi NCR, and also deep-dive reporting on government policies, infrastructure, rights to technology, art, culture and food.
