Pavel Vesselinov Tritchkov (4th of August 2000 in Mountain View, California) is a Bulgarian American Artist and Jr. Marketing Manager. After growing up in the California Bay Area, Pavel moved to Dresden, Germany to begin with his studies. There he discovered his passion for art and started diving deep into the art world. Although art is his passion, he still continues to study and simultaneously works as a Jr. Marketing Manager at fulfin.
Early Life[edit]
Pavel grew up in Sunnyvale California with his parents and two sisters. At the age of 5 his parents sent him to the German International School of Silicon Valley (GISSV), where he proceeded to learn German, without any prior knowledge of the language. Growing up in a Bulgarian household in an English speaking country and attending a German school apposed many difficulties, but this mix of different cultures gave Pavel later on much inspiration.
After graduating GISSV Pavel moved to Dresden to major in Computer Science. After one year he realized that it's not something he was passionate about and started a double major in "Marketing and Management" and "Financial Economics and Global Markets". During the 2020 pandemic Pavel realized his passion for art and started working on digital as well as physical artworks.
Although he managed to sell some of his art, Pavel was still eager to complete his double major Bachelor degree. In his 5th semester he decided to start working in his field to gain some professional experience and got the position as Jr. Marketing Manager at the start-up fulfin.
Career[edit]
In 2020 Pavel started to dive into the world of digital design using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. Through the use of photos and graphic design Pavel managed to make a unique mix which spoke to his target audience: "the youth". Besides his digital artwork he also started mixing modern and outdated technology as an artistic medium. He uses his parents' old analog camera to take photos and after developing them he either scans them and does digital editing or paints over the physical photo. He managed to sell some of his art and even gained a big following on his now deleted instagram page. Though a successful hobby, Pavel wants to focus more on his two majors as he wants his career to be more business oriented and put less focus on his art. He therefore started to work at the German start-up fulfin as a Jr. Marketing Manager. Pavel still creates new artworks; however, doesn't share them with the public and only gifts them to family and friends.
In 2022 Pavel founded the Collective VESS Design; however, less is known about the project.
