Shpyh Oleksandr Fedorovich (Ukrainian: Шпиг Олександр Федорович); Born on May 21, 1987, in Kyiv, Ukraine. A Ukrainian businessman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. A beneficial owner of many Ukrainian companies, including: "Blockbuster" Shopping center, "River Mall" Shopping center, "Milk Alliance" JSC, and "ORIENTIR-BUDELEMENT" LLC. He is the son of the Ukrainian banker, politician, and public figure Fedir Ivanovich Shpyh and one of the founders of "Fedir Shpyh Charitable Foundation".
Biography[edit]
Shpyh Oleksandr Fedorovich was born on May 21, 1987, in the Kyiv city, in the family of a Ukrainian banker, politician, and public figure. Ukrainian by nationality.
In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of International Economics and Management of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. Master's degree of International Economics.
In 2008–2009, he started his career at "Triumph-Media" LLC and continued his work in 2009–2011 at "Etalonmolproduct" LLC.
Business[edit]
He takes an active part in the development of the family business [1] as a co-founder and beneficial owner of many Ukrainian companies whose activities are related to trade and dairy industries, agro, finance, construction and film industries, etc.
In January 2011, he became a co-founder and management advisor at "Blockbuster-Kyiv" LLC and a co-founder of "Kidlandia" Children's Entertainment Center in "Blockbuster" Shopping Center.
Together with his brother, they conduct their business activities in the following fields:
- Construction (production of products from concrete). He is the founder and beneficial owner with a 50% stake in "ORIENTIR-BUDELEMENT" LLC. According to the data of the patent database of Ukraine, in 2015, Shpyh Oleksandr Fedorovich became a co-author of such valuable models in the field of construction as combined two-layer masonry, a method of cutting raw aerated concrete massif into blocks, a method of obtaining aerated concrete mixture, a form of manufacturing aerated concrete products, a system for cutting raw aerated concrete massif into blocks, a system of transportation of ready-made concrete blocks to parking, an autoclave for processing aerated concrete products, a method of processing aerated concrete products in an autoclave [2]

In the agro-industrial sphere, he belongs to the group of founders of "NOVOODESKY ELEVATOR" LLC, which is engaged in warehousing (storage and sale of grain crops).
Since 2017, he has been the Director of "MPT MILK PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGIES" LTD [3], which provides management services in milk and dairy products production.
Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Supervisory Board and owns a stake in the "River Mall" Shopping center. [4]

In memory of his father (a Ukrainian banker, public figure, and politician who for more than 20 years was engaged in philanthropic projects for the development of sports and culture in Ukraine [5]) together with his brother founded the "Fedir Shpyh Foundation" [6] to continue his charitable initiatives.

Married. Father of three children. According to religious views, Oleksandr Fedorovich Shpyh and his family have been Jehovah's Witnesses for 20 years.

- Father: Fedir Ivanovich Shpyh is a Ukrainian banker, politician, philanthropist, and public figure. He is known as one of the founders of the "Aval" bank, a member of the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine, and later as a co-founder of the Milk Alliance Holding.
