It began when Bharat Karani was a member of King's Traders then operated by his father who would generally trade textiles and other accessories until he joined him and helped him introduce pens into the market. The company Pens Corner also introduced in many areas in its field in Dubai for hand engraving, later machine carved engraving and later and more presently laser engraving this helps them to engrave on more items as prohibited earlier.

The store offers delivery through its online portal and is chargeable upon request. Other services include same day/time laser engraving on metal pens and charges apply on resin/plastic pen engraving. Engraving is also available for other items as well eg. large or small metal items. Engraving is free on purchase on any metal pen preferably without a designed body, the company also offers free gift wrapping on any purchase and every item is genuine and so are its repairs and service time depends on the issue of the pen, the company also has repairs available and most pens come with a guarantee and warranty.

The company also handles bulk orders and also offers brand/logo engraving.
