Perky Little Things is a 2020 erotic adventure puzzle video game for the Nintendo Switch and PCs, developed by Ktulhu Solutions.[1] Designed to be a humorous game, the player controls cherubim who travel to different worlds to help people "find some love".[2]
Gameplay
The goal in Perky Little Things is to find hidden objects in every level, which are snapshots of people's private sexual lives. The first level is set during Christmas and later levels have different themes[3] including "School of Black Magic", "Pirates of the Southern Seas", and more, with a total of ten levels.[4]
Development
Perky Little Things was developed by indie developer Ktulhu. They had been working on Metropolis: Lux Obscura, released on Steam in 2017, when the idea for Perky Little Things came. Oleg Okunev, who did the artwork on Metropolis: Lux Obscura, would also work on the art in Perky Little Things.[5] The demo for the game was released in March 2019, although they were forced to set the age rating to "Adults Only" to publish it on Steam.[6]
Release
The uncensored physical Nintendo Switch release, by Funbox Media released in Europe on November 12, 2021, includes a 200-page "NSFW Art Book" depicting cartoon pornographic artwork, credited to Oleg Okunev.[7][8]
